1. Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging, with tags attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless faulty)

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If your refund is denied, we will send you an email explaining the reason.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [email protected] to initiate the process. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.

5. Shipping for Returns

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included in the refund amount.

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
